WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an incorrect item (including incorrect size or colour), please send a photo of the item to jalayimiya@outlook.com within 7 business days of receiving it. We will guide you through the next steps, and any return shipping expenses will be reimbursed.

When returning an incorrect item, please ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with no odours, stains, or damages.

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes. If you have used a discount code, your order is eligible for a return, provided you meet all other return requirements. You can review these requirements here.

I PURCHASED MY ORDER ON SALE, CAN I STILL RETURN IT?

No. Items purchased during sales (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Boxing Day) or discounted by more than 10% are final sale and not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you believe your item is faulty, please email jalayimiya@outlook.com within 7 business days of receiving the product. Include photos of the issue, and we will resolve this promptly.

DO YOU OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please email jalayimiya@outlook.com to arrange your exchange. Once your original item is returned and processed, the new item will be sent out.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I CHANGE IT BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Please contact jalayimiya@outlook.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will do our best to make the necessary changes.

DO YOUR SWIMSUITS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Our swimsuits are designed to fit true to size, but sizing can vary based on the style. We recommend referring to our size chart for guidance. If you’re in between sizes, feel free to contact us for personalised advice.

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN IT BE ADDED AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders after they’ve been placed. Save your discount code for next time!
