January to March: New Beginnings and Connections
We kicked off the year with the launch of the Makurra Collection and a proud moment gracing the front cover of Style Up Magazine. February brought enriching conversations as a guest on the Indigenous Insights podcast. By March, we were building stronger partnerships, visiting our manufacturers in Bali to ensure every piece meets the highest standards.
April to July: Cultural Milestones
April’s Marni Project casting call was a testament to the incredible talent within our community, with over 50 inspiring applicants. In May, we celebrated heritage and beauty with photoshoots in Fitzroy Crossing and Broome. June saw us lighting up the KAFTA runway and launching the NAIDOC Collection, honouring culture through bold designs.
September to December: Breaking Boundaries
Debuting at New York Fashion Week in September was a dream come true, alongside the launch of the vibrant Ngapa Collection. October’s underwater photoshoot pushed creative boundaries, while November’s Black Friday Sale broke records, generating $11,000 in sales. December ended with a viral TikTok moment, thanks to Brittney Saunders, with nearly a million combined views!
