1. General Information
1.1. The promoter of this competition is Jalayimiya Swim (ABN:36 315 803 618) (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter").
1.2. The competition begins at 12:00 AM (AWST) on 19th January 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AWST) on 26th January 2025 ("Competition Period").
1.3. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or older as of the start date of the Competition Period.
2.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or any related entities are ineligible to enter.
2.3. Entrants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond 20th March 2025.
2.4. Entrants must meet all applicable travel requirements, including obtaining visas and complying with vaccination requirements if applicable.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must:
a. Spend a minimum of $75 AUD on eligible Jalayimiya Swim products during the Competition Period. Eligible purchases include swimwear, gift vouchers, and pre-orders from the Core Collection.
b. Share the official competition post on their social media account (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) and tag @JalayimiyaSwim.
3.2. Entry tiers:
- Spend $75–$99: 1 entry
- Spend $100–$149: 2 entries
- Spend $150–$199: 3 entries
- Spend $200 or more: 4 entries
3.3. Multiple entries are permitted provided entrants meet the spending thresholds and share the post for each entry.
3.4. Proof of purchase must be retained and may be requested by the Promoter to validate an entry.
4. Prize Details
4.1. Each winner will receive:
a. Return economy flights from Perth, Western Australia, to Bali, Indonesia.
b. Four (4) nights of accommodation in Bali at a location determined by the Promoter.
4.2. Winners are responsible for their own:
- Food and drinks.
- Travel insurance (mandatory).
- Spending money.
- Transportation to Perth, Western Australia, if located outside of Perth.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries, ensuring diversity through categorisation.
5.2. The prize draw will take place live on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok on 29th January 2025.
5.3. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase within 3 days of the draw.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1. Winners must respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified.
6.2. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6.3. Winners must provide all required details, including proof of purchase and travel documentation, to claim the prize.
7. Conditions of Participation
7.1. Winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including photography, videography, and social media posts, as part of the Core Collection campaign.
7.2. Winners must actively share their Bali experience on their public social media accounts, tagging @JalayimiyaSwim.
7.3. The Promoter retains the right to use all content generated during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Prize Limitations
8.1. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
8.2. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and may be substituted at the Promoter’s discretion.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
a. Lost, late, or misdirected entries.
b. Incomplete or incorrect entries.
c. Technical issues or failures beyond its control.
9.2. By entering, participants release the Promoter from any liability related to delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting travel or prize delivery.
9.3. Winners are responsible for their own safety and compliance with travel advisories during the trip.
10. Disqualification
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
a. Provides false or misleading information.
b. Engages in fraudulent activities or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
c. Fails to comply with travel or competition requirements.
11. Privacy
11.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of the competition, including contacting winners and promotional activities.
11.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on www.jalayimiyaswim.com.au.
12. Modifications and Cancellation
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
12.2. Any changes will be communicated on the Promoter’s official website and social media channels.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
